代言違規廣告王 小小瑜罰八萬

藝人小小瑜代言的「船井burner超纖錠」榮登去年違規廣告之冠，衛生福利部食品藥物管理署表示，船井burner超纖錠為食品，卻宣稱瘦身減重效果，去年共已開罰101萬，代言人小小瑜本人也被告發兩次、開罰8萬元。

食藥署下午公布去年違規廣告，其中違規廣告王，以船井burner超纖錠14件居首，「三勝精寶」（食品，宣稱降低脂肪肝）、「揚山通血止風丸」（中藥，宣稱預防心血管疾病）各以9件居次，高雄市及台南市衛生局各別開罰57萬、54萬元。
