【動新聞】國際宜居城市大賽　宜蘭社區獲獎

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭市鄂王社區，參加2013國際宜居城市大賽，在人口數2萬以下的A組拿到銅牌，尤其可貴的是獲大會肯定，特別頒贈藝術文化遺產保存獎第一名殊榮，這個特別獎是打破組別，所有參賽城市一同評比，實屬難得，縣長林聰賢今天專程到鄂王社區恭賀及頒贈獎勵金，並肯定說：「這是宜蘭之光！」

鄂王里長林銘信指出，由聯合國環境規劃署舉辦的「宜居城市競賽」，在國際間享有「綠色奧斯卡」美名，今年有高達3百多個來自全球的城市及社區參賽，80多個城市及社區獲選進入總決賽。鄂王社區人口數雖僅8百多人，但對當地人文藝術保存、發掘、傳承，卻是不遺餘力，成效卓著，是這次獲頒藝術文化遺產保存獎第一名主因。
