北韓官員訪台行程取消　疑與張成澤有關

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】北韓朝鮮國際觀光旅行社社長趙成奎，與台灣民間關係良好，原定今日會來台灣參加研討會，但在昨日突然將行程取消，《韓聯社》報導引述消息來源指出，不排除和北韓「攝政王」張成澤失勢有關係。

趙成奎曾密訪台灣，這次原定要和2名屬下一同來台參訪，卻臨時把行程取消。有消息指出，趙成奎和張成澤有遠親關係，因此不排除是因為張成澤失勢，趙成奎被迫取消出國行程。
