冷氣孔隔音～抉擇？？

請問各位大大～
由於最近婚期逼近,所以有裝潢了臥房
窗戶也花了錢換比較好可以隔熱的氣密窗
因為本來就有的窗戶隔音效果很差,所以希望可以達到隔音跟隔熱的效果！
可是那天裝好窗戶之後！！！
居然發現我忽略了窗型冷氣的冷氣孔沒有隔音效果！！
太囧了Orz～
想詢問各位大大
要怎麼改善這個問題比較好
1.把窗戶封掉,換分離式冷氣
這點必須請泥作,可是我有打電話問師父,由於住家在四樓,外強部份好像抹不到水泥
再來分離式外機的擺放位置？？
而且接下來是冬天,不需要吹到冷氣,還是熬到窗型壞掉了再來打算XD
只是到時候窗戶下方會做系統櫃
2.把冷氣孔旁邊用隔音泡棉包起來XD
效果好嗎？

因為房間想弄一次到位,可又很麻煩,只剩下不到一個月時間
