政府停擺 美歐自貿談判延後

（法新社布魯塞爾4日電） 因為美國政府停擺，歐洲聯盟與美國第2輪自由貿易協定談判已經取消。如果成功，這將是全球規模最大的自貿協定。

這次談判預定7日展開，但歐盟執行委員會貿易執委戴胡克（Karel De Gucht）說，美國貿易代表傅洛曼（Michael Froman）表示，華府無法派代表與會。

戴胡克今天發表聲明：「下週的談判已經取消。」他指的是原訂在布魯塞爾舉行的會談。

戴胡克說，延後這次會議「當然令人遺憾」，但他強調，美國與歐盟都「堅定承諾會完成談判」。

雙方都希望明年1月之前準備好提案，消除彼此在法規與規範上的嚴重歧見。（譯者：中央社何世煌）
