大家好，爬板上囊腫型痘痘的文好像不多，但自己又很困擾，所以上來發問。小弟長這種痘痘已經持續快3年了，如果是普通的痘痘就也還好，問題長出來的都是一大顆，非常飽滿，有時候還會兩三顆冒出來。已經打痘痘針不知道幾次了，打了過幾天又會復發。很少吃炸的或冰的，作息自己也是慢慢在調整，但不見痘痘減少的趨勢...。不知道到底該怎麼辦...，已經奮鬥好久了，說不會影響自信是騙人的，尤其當你照鏡子看到幾顆腫得很飽滿的痘在臉頰上時。這種痘有沒有什麼根治的辦法？看過的醫生其中一位說這是體質沒辦法，現在這位則是說如再復發我們再想辦法，結果也只是打痘痘針。有運動習慣，每天也是沒事多喝水。煩請各位大大了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.244.45
