（中央社記者林長順台北29日電）文林苑拒遷戶王家搭建組合屋一案，士林地院今天判王家敗訴。王家人受訪表示，將繼續上訴。

文林苑更新案王家搭建組合屋，實施者樂揚建設對王家提起拆屋還地的民事訴訟。士林地方法院今天判決王家敗訴，應自行拆除組合屋，將土地還給樂揚建設。

台北市政府指出，尊重法院判決結果，後續將依法行事；王家受訪時表示，將繼續上訴。

判決主文准許樂揚建設若提出新台幣1756萬多元擔保金（依據土地公告現值計算），得假執行；王家人若無法提出相同金額反擔保金，組合屋將不保。1030129
