北市育兒指導服務 僅10人次申請

北市府社會局去年起推出到府「育兒指導服務」，培訓140名指導員。但政策推出至今，今年僅10人次申請。新手媽媽都說，根本不知有此服務，也有保母表示，「比起教餵奶，媽媽更需要成長課程」。

承接案子的台北南區家扶中心主任陳美君表示，父母可從很多地方得到育兒技巧，這項服務使用率確實不高，未來會結合區公所、新移民中心、婦產科或小兒科做宣傳，不讓資源浪費。

育兒指導服務去年起試辦，每年經費約2、30萬元，新生兒的父母，可免費申請到府教學，每次指導時間為2小時，3個月1期、每期最多申請6次。

培訓逾百名指導員，北市社會局婦幼科專員林明君說，目前僅20名左右保母，實際到府擔任育兒指導員。不只如此，社會局統計，今年共85人次使用電話、網路諮詢，10人次申請到宅教學，新手父母支持性團體講座舉辦3場。民眾低使用率與一年僅辦理幾場講座，也引發批評。
