下水道划艇蒐證 排汙業者難逃

（中央社記者王鴻國新北市30日電）環保局近來稽查不肖業者違法排放事業廢污水，不僅動用科技產品，還實際划橡皮艇深入髒臭下水道蒐證，逮3業者並開罰。

新北市政府環保局指出，為維護市民居住環境品質，有效遏止環境公害案件，環保局啟動「水污染熱區」打擊專案，稽查人員使用各種科學及傳統查核方式，連續破獲八里台北港、土城永豐路及中和立德街3件水污案。

環保局以立德街洗衣業案為例，由於下水道的涵洞水深過深，稽查人員於是划橡皮艇進入涵洞查核，輔以俗稱「地鼠」的下水道探測器，深入涵洞探勘，才能順利找到排水暗管的違法事證。

環保局表示，涵洞內又髒又臭，往往還汗流浹背，但查獲不肖業者後，不僅立即要求停止排放及改善，並依違反水污染防治法，分別告發處分新台幣30萬元罰鍰，並列為重點稽查和管制對象。

環保局強調，針對任何疑似污染環境案件，市府絕對持續監控、跨局處聯合稽查、勿枉勿縱，一旦查獲相關違法情事，並將依法從嚴處置、絕不寬貸。1020930
