北市9千萬公園 驚爆挖出「垃圾山」

台北市政府花了九千萬的406號公園，綠地下竟然是廢棄物堆積的垃圾山。台北市議員踢爆黑心工程，帶著鏟子跟鋤頭到現場開挖，沒想到挖出來的不但有建築廢棄物，還有絲襪跟其他垃圾，公園處也表示不合規定的，會依照合約，請廠商限期改進。

拿著鏟子往地下一挖，全都是石頭和廢棄的瓷磚碎片，這是位在萬華的406號公園。台北市政府花了九千多萬整建，卻被踢爆公園綠地下埋的都是廢棄物，原本應該運走丟棄的廢土，竟然就地掩埋，變成民眾休閒遊玩的草地。有議員質疑，垃圾山變成綠地，有圖利廠商的嫌疑，獲利可能高達百萬以上。
