目前在一家傳產工作剛滿一年 我們公司規定請假一定要找職代 但部門每個人請假都找我當職代…… 當職代就變成一天要做兩個人的事情(沒有加錢) 變的非常忙非常累 因為自己本身的工作就很多了 我們部門都是做好多年的老鳥…… 特休一年都十幾天 年底快到了大家都要把特休休完 想到就覺得累…… 大家的公司有職代嗎? 請假的制度都是如何的呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.15.165.65
