美懷疑 北韓已重啟核反應爐

（法新社華盛頓11日電） 美國智庫約翰霍普金斯高等國際研究學院美韓研究所今天表示，8月31日的衛星影像顯示，北韓似乎已重啟寧邊（Yongbyon）1座可生產鈽的反應爐。

美國約翰霍普金斯高等國際研究學院（JohnsHopkins School of Advanced International Studies）美韓研究所（U.S.-Korea Institute）是設於華府的智庫，今天表示，衛星影像顯示，北韓「似乎已讓這座反應爐開始運作」。

研究人員韓森（Nick Hansen）和路易斯（JeffreyLewis）在約翰霍普金斯高等國際研究學院美韓研究所部落格「北緯38度」（38 North）中寫道，這座反應爐「1年可生產6公斤的鈽，平壤當局能以此慢慢擴大核武儲備規模」。
