羅智強：總統捍衛自己的理念

總統府副秘書長羅智強今天請辭獲准，他表示，忙與累都不是想走的最大原因，現在只想休息，多陪家人和寫作，他也決定不參選基隆市，先放空，一些事情以後再想。

對於馬王這次事件，羅智強表示，馬總統只是堅持自己的理念，總統並不希望看到王院長關說，但是看到確鑿的證據之下，怎麼辦，只有選擇捍衛自己的理念，否則關說沒事，雲淡風清之後，就這樣過去了，不就是明明白白的告訴大家可以關說司法。
