「四」放張德正 30萬元交保限制住居

台北地檢署今天(1日)第4度向台北地方法院聲押衝撞總統府的張德正，北院經過5小時後裁定張德正以卅萬元交保並限制住居；檢方對此結果表示不能接受當庭再度提出抗告，最快明天(2日)可能將進行張案第5次的羈押庭。

男子張德正涉開貨車衝撞總統府，台北地法今天下午開羈押庭後，晚間裁定張德正以新台幣30萬元交保，限制住居。

台北地方法院下午第4度開庭，審理張德正羈押案。羈押庭自下午3時半開始，至晚間9時30分左右裁定。

張德正1月25日涉開貨車衝撞總統府，台北地院昨天下午3度召開羈押庭，裁定張德正以新台幣15萬元交保並限制住居；檢方再提抗告，台灣高等法院今天凌晨第3度裁定撤銷原裁定，發回台北地院更裁。

張男再交保檢抗告請高院裁定
