快崩潰啦　國5北上塞塞塞塞塞

年初三出遊人潮開始北返，國道5號平原段北上車流從今天上午9時開始湧現，據高公局統計資料顯示，今天上午9時過後，北上車流每小時均在2000輛次以上，下午1至2時更是達到2633輛次。為紓解車潮，除祭出匝道儀控管制外，昨下午亦實施北上高承載措施，不過國道5號各交流道平面道路，車龍綿延，車輛走走停停，台9省道往礁溪市區，車龍更綿延1、2公里之長。（林泊志／宜蘭報導）
