億光靠購併　拼湊製造版圖

對於LED照明將引發兩岸產業出現另一波的整併潮，台灣最大LED封裝廠億光（2393）董事長葉寅夫表示，億光之前已經整合了泰谷（3339），也買了歐系德國燈具商WOFI，未來不會再去整併其他封裝廠。
 
葉寅夫指出，隨著消費者對節能意識持續高漲，加上價格愈來愈趨近於傳統照明，LED照明已有逐步成熟的態勢。隨著照明需求成長，葉寅夫預期，今年億光照明營收比重將超過背光。（李宜儒／台北報導）
