教宗突破傳統人氣夯　鸚鵡也受庇蔭

教宗方濟各30日又因鳥類登上新聞版面，不過這次可是隻幸運的鸚鵡，在每周和民眾會面上，一名信徒帶來一隻綠色鸚鵡名為「愛」獻給教宗，鸚鵡站上教宗手指，還發出「Papa」(義大利文教宗之意)的聲音，接著教宗還幫「愛」祈福。
 
教宗26日在梵蒂岡聖伯多祿廣場主持彌撒時，2名兒童應邀釋放象徵和平的白鴿，不料2隻白鴿分別遭海鷗和烏鴉攻擊，引發動保團體抗議，要求教宗停止釋放和平鴿。

現年77歲的教宗方濟各去年3月繼位以來，不斷打破教廷傳統，正面面對敏感的政治議題，相當受到信徒愛戴，參與教廷活動的人數增加3倍，達到660萬人。（周佩萱／綜合外電報導）
