這一個最大值累計,只是流水號比較簡易,做法如下
如果你都還沒有用到自動編號最好辦了,
1.先加一個欄位為〝暫時編號〞,屬性為,自動編號,儲存後關閉,讓它執行一次,就有1~20000的暫時編號
2.再加一個欄位為編號,屬性為文字,9位就好,
3.利用更新查詢建立,語法如下,

update 資料表 set 編號 = 'NO' & Format(暫時編號,'0000000')

3.以後在表單的BeforeInsert 事件加入這個
Dim A As String
A = DMax("編號", "資料表")
Me!G = "NO" & Format(CLng(Right(A, 7)) + 1, "0000000")
以後在表單輸入資料時,就會自動產生一碼編你了,但這是單機做法,如果有多人共用時,就不是這個做法了
