飯店火鍋強強滾　推滿千送百攬客

看準國人對鍋物的偏好，許多設有日本料理餐廳的五星級大飯店，也紛紛推出以頂級食材做號召的日式火鍋，同樣賣到強強滾。台北神旺飯店內澄江日本料理名店，日前斥資數百萬元改裝，以店中店概念設立澄江鍋物SHABU餐廳，新品大蔥元氣鮮豚鍋原價880元，嘗鮮價780元，還附蔬菜盤、豬肉片、蝦丸、花枝丸、烏龍麵或煮食雞蛋黃金粥與甜點，3月底前鍋物區還推出滿千送百活動。
 
而台北喜來登桃山日本料理，也推出澳洲和牛涮涮鍋、澳洲和牛壽喜燒、鱈場蟹火鍋3款鍋物。澳洲和牛選用油花分布均勻的沙朗部位，鱈場蟹則是從日本北海道進口，食材都很頂級，但價格不便宜，兩人份5200元起跳。(蘇曉音／台北報導)
