其實要給遠通一個教訓很簡單

要求高公局立即全面取消九折優惠即可 ==> 此事操之在立委&交通部, 不須與遠通協商

優點:
1. 減少國庫支出, 目前的折扣都是用國道基金支付, 這些都是用路人與老百姓的納稅錢
2. 在沒有折扣誘因下, 讓用路人自由選擇"好"的ETC繳費方案 (而不是便宜的繳費方案)
3. 以遠通的立場,etag使用率高,遠通才能獲利,使用率越低,車牌辨識人工成本絕對會讓他們虧錢,在沒有國庫九折支援下,要提高etag使用率,遠通必須要努力完善etag系統, 並自行掏腰包來促銷etag,這樣才是正向的發展

沒有九折優惠, 以目前的狀況, 大多數民眾應該都會考慮退掉etag,你看遠通怕不怕

有人會說反正7/1全面九折優惠,到時候還不一樣 ==> 再拖半年,就沒人在乎此事了,另外,全面九折的事情就算全面實施,最後還是國庫支出, 傷的是國家財政, 對遠通來說不痛不癢

此事去年10月立委有提議, 可惜貪圖小優惠的民眾太多, 無法成案, 不知大家看法如何?
