看起來像是飄在鏡頭上的粉塵被路燈照到反光
因為從影片中可以明顯看到是以路燈為圓心，而且鏡頭距離路燈越遠，白色光點越淡，超過一段距離(或手機傾斜)後，白色光點就消失了~~
所以我推測是附著在鏡頭上的粉塵反光~
