少女自稱被性侵　竟遭退學

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國一名20歲女子比恩(Rachel Bradshaw-Bean)日前指出，她在18歲念高中時，遭到男同學霸凌，甚至要性侵。她向學校反應，但校方卻逼她退學，讓她相當不滿，最近她和家人上告法院，控訴學校違法將她退學。

據美國NBC新聞報導，比恩說當時她遭到男同學霸凌，甚至被性侵。校方報警後，警方指出從監視器畫面看來，比恩是「自願」進入小房間，校方認為比恩是自願和男方發生關係，認定比恩說謊，因此將比恩退學。

但比恩反駁，稱自己是被男方騙去小房間，而且沒有同意和男方發生關係，又指校方調查不清、處理失當，因此決定上告法院，控訴校方違法退學。
