明年起辦治理評鑑 強化企業責任

　行政院長江宜樺上午行政院會聽取金管會「強化我國公司治理藍圖」報告時提到，近期社會關注食品安全及企業排放污水等問題，政府除了完善相關法規制度及加強稽查工作外，推動企業誠信經營，善盡社會責任，尤其重要，他指示金管會、經濟部、環保署、法務部等相關機關研議如何強化企業誠信經營，以減少可能的違規或不法案件。

　金管會主委曾銘宗說，明年度將開始辦理公司治理評鑑，其中也會設定指數，讓上市上櫃公司承擔更多社會責任。
