吳憶樺來台 外交部贊助旅費

台巴混血兒吳憶樺將於1月初來台探望家人，外交部非政府組織(NGO)國際事務會副執行長劉宗杰今天(24日)表示，本次除協助連繫安排外，也人道援助了吳宜樺及其養父母大約新台幣20萬元旅費。

外交部發言人高安指出，吳憶樺當年回到巴西後，駐聖保羅辦事處一直都有透過僑界和寄養家庭保持連繫，並在必要時提供協助。

吳憶樺的生父是台灣人，母親則是巴西人，在生父過世後，台灣家人與巴西籍外婆爆發的監護權爭議曾引起國際關注，法院最後判決確定由巴西籍外婆取得監護權，吳憶樺在2004年2月前往巴西。
