菲政府與穆斯林叛軍達成分權協議

菲律賓政府與菲國叛亂組織「莫洛伊斯蘭解放陣線」的談判代表八日在吉隆坡簽署非常關鍵的分權協議。雙方在會後發表的一項聯合聲明中表示，它們有信心可於明年一月簽署剩餘的附件，敲定廣泛的和平協議。（法新社8日電）
