〔自由時報記者卓佳萍／綜合報導〕「很久沒看到東、西部戰力相差懸殊了！」美國NBA球評異口同聲的說。

《今日美國》找來多位NBA球評與記者針對此話題討論，其中今日美國記者海金表示，NBA從來沒有一個分區勝率如此低迷，放在任何職業運動來討論，東部的情況是有史以來最差的，大西洋區5隊勝率都在5成以下，如果未來他們闖入季後賽，真的很難看。

不僅記者球評討論，連NBA西部球隊也加入這個發燒話題，西部戰績最好的拓荒者隊在官方推特冷嘲熱諷，「現在加入東部會太晚嗎？揪團！」太陽隊官方推特回應討論串，「不是叫你們低調一點嗎？這麼快就想把我們甩掉？」
