我曾經單車環台的英文

I have once bicycled around the island of Taiwan.

I have ridden a bike around the island of Taiwan.

您寫的I have been cycled the Taiwan是錯誤的.

have been cycled變成被動式,而且這裡的cycled會被看成是你(的身體)被循環了.

bicycle可以是名詞,也可以是動詞.上面兩句的第一句就做動詞用,第二句做名詞用.
