一起做早操:站姿側伸展 

每天早晨,你總是在枕頭上賴到最後一刻,忙亂的趕著上班嗎?偶爾,提前半小時起床,在從容的早晨時光中,伴著陽光,做幾個伸展動作,找回充滿活力和朝氣的自己吧!

動作介紹:站姿側伸展

動作部位:體側肌群

動作方式:

1. 站姿,雙腳與髖同寬。

2. 吸氣,雙手往上在頭頂交握,右手掌抓左手腕。

3. 吐氣,左手伸直,帶著身體往右側彎,保持身體正面朝前。讓身體往右延伸到最遠,感覺左邊的側身被拉長。

4. 停留幾個呼吸之後,吸氣回到中間,換邊伸展。
