NASA師演講 學生體驗太空

（中央社記者黃旭昇新北市25日電）新北市竹林中學今天邀美國航空暨太空總署專任教師舉辦天文科學講座，解說太空火箭發射的原理，並簡單實驗。

竹林中學說，與美國航空暨太空總署（NASA）教育部門及太空人訓練中心合作，邀專任教師沙拉斯（Gabriel Salas Jr）到學校演講，全程英語演說，帶給學生相當不同的體驗，並增進太空科學知識，促進學生實際運用英語能力。

主講人以生動的方式，解說太空火箭發射的原理，說明不同時期研發出不同燃料載具所產生的不同效果。

現場還邀請學生參與簡單實驗，體驗火箭發射狀態，和化學燃料所能產生的噴射能量，並示範太空梭隔熱外層的防火隔熱效果。

竹林中學學生實地感受，經過高溫燒烤的太空磚，放在手上卻不燙手的神奇體驗。演講中還介紹美國太空總署發射探索機器人「好奇號」登陸火星的過程。1021125
