　　因為對人事的說法有疑問，所以只好來板上請求高人指點迷津～ ------ 今年1月起在南港某公家機關擔任約聘僱人員 於9月30日離職 但今天（10月1日）卻收到出納室來信 「因為5-9月事假超出14日，超出部分依法應扣薪處理」 　　當時應扣而未扣，在離職後要我去一次繳清1萬多塊 XDDD 想請問這樣追扣是合理的嗎？ 　　可以申訴嗎？ 　　 朋友說這就像是國稅局要你補稅一樣，不繳可以申請強制執行... google了很久，似乎沒有相關或類似案例可以參考... （因為錢都寄回家補貼家用了，目前也沒有1萬多塊的現金...） 謝謝大家幫忙了！ -- 聽說有一朵花瘋了 因為先懂得了凋落的痛 夜以繼日 承受著整個春天的記憶 盛開到最後 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.109.128.83
