執行業務者需設帳 違者最重罰停業

財政部規定，執行業務者包括律師、會計師、建築師、技師、醫師等，至少應設置日記帳一種，並確實記載業務支出項目及保存憑證。未依規定設帳者，除會被罰款外，最重可處停業處分。

財政部表示，執行業務者未依法設置帳簿或不依規定記載，可處新臺幣3,000元以上、7,500元以下罰鍰，經通知後未如期改善者，罰金最高可達1.5萬元；且稅捐機關可對其處以停業處分，直到依規定設帳並記載帳簿為止。

財政部呼籲執行業務者，應依規定設置帳簿，確實記載業務收支項目並保存相關帳簿及憑證，以免受罰影響權益。
