去年母親設籍於台北市且年滿65歲，向社會局申請老人全民健保費自付額補助沒過原因是因為她讓我姐夫報扶養(綜所稅率超過20%)的關係所以不符合資格
今年母親讓我報扶養(綜所稅率<20%)，但母親戶籍地已遷至桃園縣中壢市，台北市政府社會局要我自己打去桃園縣政府問，說是每個地方政府的福利不同，但桃園縣政府說它們並無此補助.....想請問一下：那明明就年滿65歲了本來就不用再扣健保費了不是嗎？現在只因為戶籍地遷至桃園縣就什麼資格都没了嗎？那我不就要一直幫我媽繳健保費...一直繳一直繳是要繳到什麼時侯啦..吼~~
