狗狗腦震盪，血紅素降低

請問各位~

9/23，狗狗不小心從腳踏車上的籃子掉下來，頭撞地導致腦震盪，
當天已送醫，前幾天驗血，血紅素低到13，前天第一次輸血給牠，
隔天驗26.5，但是昨天驗25，獸醫幫牠照片子，也看不出牠肚子內部或其他地方
有失血狀況，頭部也排除失血可能，那請問為何血紅素會一直降低??
今天牠一直顫抖，醫生給牠吃了抗癲癇的藥。

想請問各位有經驗的大大，為何查不出哪裡失血，但是血紅素會一直降低??
狗狗已經12歲，老了是不是也有關係??
牠的情況時好時壞，有沒有哪間設備好或者專治這類情形的醫院能推薦呢??(狗狗在台北)

查了一下網路，是說血紅素低，能吃"肝精"的東西??這是否有效呢??
