捷運共構宅標售 每坪破百萬

台北市捷運局今天標售松山線南京三民站共構宅「藏富」，共標售7戶，有5戶順利脫標，其中一戶以每坪115萬元脫標，平均脫標價也達每坪104萬元，均創捷運共構宅標售新高。捷運局表示，流標的2戶將在3個月內重新公告標售。

台灣房屋智庫研究員洪佩君表示，「藏富」為中大坪數規劃，此次底價6400~7300萬元，過去捷運局標售高總價共構宅，標況都不是很理想，但今天脫標率達到7成，且脫標價創新高，一方面顯示房市仍有相當熱度，另一方面，規畫較佳的捷運共構宅也能獲得民眾青睞，不一定只有套房熱門。

「藏富」位於北市松山區南京東路5段、三民路口，為捷運局與興富發聯合開發共構宅，有別於其他共構宅多為套房產品，「藏富」規劃65~110坪，均為中大坪數，共有112戶，捷運局分回7戶，全數於今天標售。
