高績效企業讓員工的心裡感受，其實有很多種，我先舉幾種出來，通常高績效的企業，做事態度很認真、也很急，很像在趕時間1.有些沒辦法適應的，就會受不了離開公司，但這只是單純賺錢人的想法2.但是有些想賺錢的人會式著融入企業的生活腳步，就算不喜歡也是硬著頭皮做3.覺得公司的效率讓員工很喜歡(因為員工本身也是急性子者)4.員工本身不是急性子者，但是想要追上企業的腳步，那種想要成為強人的優越感，員工本身就會努力學習5.員工本身對這企業的工作內容感到興趣，所以會試著跟上腳步4.但是也有可能員工不但對工作內容感到興趣，而且也是急性子者，更能融入高效率企業的社會。
