民航局長閃電回台娶媳 再急返ICAO開會

民航局長沈啟近日都在加拿大，參與國際民航組織（ＩＣＡＯ）大會，昨天趁會議空檔閃電回台出席小兒子的婚禮，讓不少賓客嚇了一跳；她說，我國這次雖是以貴賓身分出席，但待遇、獲得的資料「完全與觀察員一樣」。

沈啟接受聯合報訪問時說，重返ＩＣＡＯ不僅象徵台灣重回國際舞台，在會場與各國交通運輸高層官員建立溝通管道，將有助於航權協商。

沈啟廿七日晚上，從加拿大出發，昨天清晨六點抵台，中午參加完兒子的婚禮，僅在台灣停留十七個小時，晚上又搭機返回加拿大，以銜接周一會議。

代表團這次也在埃及舉辦的早餐會上，見到了平時難遇到的埃及交通部長、次長、民航局長，對談很久的台埃航權有重大進展；參與ＩＣＡＯ也讓沈啟感慨，台灣具國際視野、能參與重要國際會議的人才不夠，政府應積極培養。

沈啟說，國事與家事都很重要，實在難取捨；最後找到ＩＣＡＯ會議空檔，向長官請假獲准後，拿著老公埋單的機票直奔台灣，「有些事一輩子就一次，錯過可能留下遺憾」，她談到這趟「旋風娶媳行程」，疲憊的面容仍充滿笑意。
