大陸銀監會昨（29）日公布在中國上海自由貿易試驗區內開放銀行業務政策內容，明確列出中外資銀行准入、設立民營銀行與展開離岸業務等八項監管條件。

上海自貿區昨天上午舉行揭牌儀式，大陸銀監會隨即在下午公布區內銀行監管業務細則，亮點之一是眾所期待的開放外資銀行及民營銀行准入規範，明定符合條件的外資銀行能於區內設立子行、分行、專營機構及中外合資銀行。
