國民黨對立法院長王金平假處分案的抗告案，確定遭高院駁回！台灣高等法院26日開庭調查，今(30)日上午11時20分，預告將召開記者會對外說明。現在傳出，王金平假處分抗告案，確定遭高院裁定駁回，王金平續保立法院院長寶座。

關說案引發國內政壇九月政爭，在總統馬英九親上火線主導下，國民黨考紀會做成決議撤銷立法院長王金平黨籍，希望藉此拔除王金平立法委員身分及立法院長職權；但王金平方面隨即委任律師向台北地方法院提起確認黨籍身分之訴，並聲請假處分及緊急處置。

馬王之爭進入法律戰之後，台灣高等法院在上周完成分案，並經過馬王雙方陣營的同意，於26日下午2時以公開方式審理。其中國民黨提出抗告，內容共遞了5份書狀，包括6個爭點、30個理由。

對於多位國民黨立委準備上書國民黨主席、總統馬英九，希望撤銷國民黨對立法院長王金平的假處分抗告案，王金平上午則表示，他謝謝這些立委，同時他也會尊重國民黨訴訟照走的作法。
