處理危機 肯亞副總統獲緩審

（法新社海牙23日電） 國際刑事法院（ICC）今天決定，暫緩一週審理肯亞副總統魯托（William Ruto）違反人道罪一案，讓他可處理好戰分子攻擊首都奈洛比事件。

法官在臨時庭訊上說：「由於肯亞目前情勢…法院暫免魯托出庭應訊…一週時間。」

魯托是國際刑事法院審判的最高階現職官員，也是國際刑事法院成立10年來，第1個暫緩審判的嫌疑人。

魯托人在荷蘭海牙出庭，捍衛自身清白。他被控主導2007至2008年選舉後的暴力，造成1000多人死亡，數十萬人流離失所。

這是肯亞自1963年獨立以來最嚴重的暴力事件。46歲魯托和另一名被告38歲肯亞電台老闆桑恩（Joshuaarap Sang）被控挑起這場紛爭。（譯者：中央社羅苑韶）
