氣候變遷 95%是人為造成

來自195國的官員和科學家23至26日在奧斯陸集會，「政府間氣候變遷小組」 (IPCC)將在最後一天提出31頁報告，指出氣候變遷將會造成更多熱浪、乾旱及洪水，除非各國政府趕快行動。報告將指出，1950年代以來的氣候變遷有95%是人為造成 (主因是使用化石燃料)，2007年的估計是90%，2001年的估計是66%。海洋暖化、雪和冰融化、海平面上升、極端氣候上升，都出於人為因素。
