《科技》SEMI北美半導體BB值，今年首度低於1

【時報記者沈培華台北報導】國際半導體設備材料協會(SEMI)19日公布，2013年8月北美半導體設備製造商接單出貨比(Book-to-Bill ratio)初估為0.98、創2012年12月以來新低，也是今年以來首度低於1。

上述半導體B/B值0.98，意味著當月每出貨100美元的產品僅能接獲價值98美元的新訂單。低於1顯示產業景氣轉為下滑，預期第四季步入淡季使得該數據可能將持續低於1。

SEMI表示，2013年8月北美半導體設備製造商接獲全球訂單的3個月移動平均金額初估為10.639億美元、較7月的12.072億美元減少11.9%，較2012年同期的10.9億美元短少2.7%。8月北美半導體設備製造商3個月移動平均出貨金額初估為10.819億美元，較7月的12.040億美元下滑10.1%，且較2012年同期的13.3億元短少18.7%。

SEMI指出，雖然部分投資可能放緩，不過，晶圓代工及快閃記憶體供應商將是今年底及明年投資的驅動力。台積電 (2330) 今年資本支出預估為95~100億美元新高，因應持續提升製程，法人估台積電明年資本支出上看110億美元以上新高。
