2013年男籃歐錦賽冠軍戰台北時間23日凌晨進行，法國隊以80：66擊敗立陶宛，法國隊歷史上首度奪下此項比賽冠軍。

這場比賽，法國隊的法圖姆得17分與6籃板，迪奥得15分和6籃板，帕克得到12分，他們帶領球隊在第二節建立二位數領先優勢，並一直持續到終場。
