樓層:1F 租屋費用:6000(含第四台,網路,水), 電費一度4元 優點:1. 騎車到桃園火車站約10分鐘 2. 出巷口就是便利商店 3. 房間有六~七坪, 採光明亮 4. 乾溼分離的浴室,而且有對外窗 5. 房間設施：桌椅、雙人床(可掀式床板喔！)、冷氣、衣櫃、電視、冰箱 都還蠻新的喔！ 6. 每周公共區域會有人打掃,每層有一台飲水機 7. 一層樓只有三戶，總共只有三層樓，一層一台洗衣機(新的)，曬衣在室內 8. 住戶單純，大部分是銘傳學生和HTC員工 9. 可先租三個月(10,11,12,實際可住到1/10)，之後再看是否要續租 10. 先入住的這三個月免押金喔！ 11. 這個星期天(9/22)開始即可入住！ 12. 房東人很好 由於有點急著要租出去，所以能夠最近住進來的人可以給一點小折扣喔！ 意者請站內信，謝謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.1.21.178 ※ 編輯: Armor 來自: 106.1.21.178 (09/19 18:04)
