關島熱帶低壓形成 恐成雙颱

中央社 – 

（中央社記者林紳旭台北19日電）中央氣象局說，中度颱風天兔逼近台灣，但在關島附近，今天下午又形成一個熱帶性低氣壓，有可能增強為颱風。

日本氣象廳下午最新資料研判，關島附近的熱帶性低氣壓，今天近中心最大風速為每秒15公尺，將在明天增強為每秒18公尺，符合颱風的要件。

依中央氣象局命名規則，如果這個熱帶性低氣壓形成颱風，將會命名為「帕布」（Pabuk）。

中央氣象局表示，如果關島附近的熱帶性低氣壓增強為颱風，將出現雙颱；但兩者之間距離很遠，不會有藤原效應（Fujiwhara Effect）。

氣象局說，關島附近熱帶性低氣壓未來走向，還要進一步觀察。1020919
