水溫42度最舒服　戴勝益喻上司不亂發怒

【黃哲民／新北報導】王品餐飲集團董事長戴勝益今赴新北地檢署演講，以「水溫42度C的溫泉泡起來最舒服」為比喻，指出身為上司，對部屬的脾氣也要儘量保持42度C，該堅持時雖然要堅持，但不輕易發怒。

戴董說，上司若常暴怒，就像49度C的泉水太燙，易被下屬咒罵。上司若是非不分，就像37度C的泉水，泡起來有氣無力、噴嚏連連，根本留不住人。

戴董並以准許王品集團女性員工請生理假免附診斷證明也能領全勤為例，指事後統計發現請假未浮濫，證明「人因受到信任而誠實、因不受信任而狡猾」。

他同時以「總帳」和「分類帳」的觀念解釋，員工難免犯錯，例如被客人要了3次水杯卻忘記給，但員工若平時表現的「總帳」OK，主管就不必刻意去追究員工的「分類帳」。
