聯合國：敘利亞發生過14起化學攻擊

聯合國旗下的敘利亞調查委員會首席調查員、巴西籍的賓涅洛(Paulo Pinheiro)今天(16日)說，自從2011年9月，聯合國戰爭罪行調查員開始監督敘利亞侵犯人權的情況以來，已經知道有14起潛在的化學攻擊事件。

賓涅洛在敘利亞一項記者會上表示，他們正在調查14起疑似使用化學武器攻擊，或是使用化學物件的事件；但是還不能確立，誰該為這些事件負責，以及他們使用化學物質的性質。

賓涅洛指出，他們沒有必要分享這些事件是發生在何處、何時以及確切時間點；他們也不需要公布更多詳細內容。

賓涅洛也指出，敘利亞已經邀請聯合國敘利亞調查委員會成員戴蓬特(Carla Del Ponte)，以私人身份前往敘利亞探視；但是戴蓬特希望是正式訪問。

敘利亞調查委員會首席調查員的賓涅洛，是在向日內瓦人權理事會發表最新報告之後，同時也在聯合國化學武器檢查人員，在紐約向聯合國秘書長提交化武調查報告之前，發表以上的談話。
