地價稅減免 23日前申請

（中央社記者吳佳穎台北16日電）財政部賦稅署表示，今年地價稅將於11月開徵，特別提醒符合特別稅率，或減免規定者，要於 9月23日前提出申請，民眾最好把握這幾天時間。

賦稅署表示，符合土地稅法第17條及第18條規定得適用特別稅率，如自用住宅用地、工業用地等，或符合土地稅減免規則第 7條至第17條規定得申請減免地價稅者，如騎樓走廊用地等的土地所有權人或典權人應依同法第41條及土地稅減免規則第24條規定，在地價稅開徵40日前提出申請，逾期就要明年再來。

賦稅署說，今年地價稅將於11月1日開徵，申請特別稅率或減免要於開徵40日前，日期為9月22日，因適逢例假日，順延至9月23日。

賦稅署提醒民眾把握這幾天提出申請，逾期申請者，將從明(103)年開始適用特別稅率或減免地價稅。1020916
