百隻大閘蟹 家扶親子嘗鮮

台灣大閘蟹養殖協會昨天在雲林縣虎尾鎮同心公園舉辦「相約中秋蟹逅虎尾」活動，推出大閘蟹搶鮮價，優惠民眾，同時提供100隻讓雲林家扶的親子們免費吃。

虎尾大閘蟹養殖場老闆黃木林當場教導大家分辨公、母大閘蟹，以及如何選購新鮮的螃蟹，他說，選購螃蟹時，要先看牠是否有口吐水泡，也可戳戳看眼睛，如果快速恢復原狀就是新鮮的。工作人員一打開蒸籠，螃蟹的香味飄出，大家口水直流。

小朋友在大人的協助下，細細品嘗，黃媽媽表示，台灣生產的大閘蟹較不用擔心用藥過多，而且肉質鮮甜，蟹膏又多，但是小小一隻價格就要上百元，實在無法負擔，很高興能參加這項活動，吃到大閘蟹的美好滋味。
