黃昆輝：逐條審服貿 王金平才挨鍘

台聯主席黃昆輝昨天指出王金平這次不見容於國民黨中央挨鍘，主要導火線是日前主持立法院朝野協商時，決議將國民黨想以包裹表決在立法院闖關的服貿協議，改成逐條審議表決，才會無辜遭禍。

黃昆輝昨天下午在南投縣一場「服貿協議對台灣產業衝擊」說明會上做上述表示。

黃昆輝指出，服貿協議對爭端解決的保障不足，政府應在簽署兩岸爭端解決協議前，暫緩討論推動服貿協議，否則台灣業者受害恐求救無門。

黃昆輝說，服貿協議擬開放64項目、上千產業給中國企業來台投資，牽涉層面很廣，但政府事前沒充分徵詢業者，且協議送到立法院，竟連總說明都沒有，還想在立法院包裹表決通過，王金平在朝野立委協商時，認同應逐條表決協議內容，並達成協商共識，導致國民黨中央高度不滿，才會引發連日國民黨內鬥政爭。
