理化密度的疑惑?

是國二理化生 ,
看書有提到影響密度的因素 ,
選項有(A)不同物質 (B)形狀 (C)溫度
答案是(A)和(C)~~知道溫度會改變體積進而改變密度 ,

後來又有一題蛋糕整個壓扁 ,結果密度竟然變大 ,
因為質量不變 ,但體積變小了 ,密度就變大~~
這樣不就代表形狀會影響密度嗎?
形狀就是體積呀??
請問第一題為什麼不可以選答案(B)
